We are so excited to invite you to our annual LOAR Summer Celebration on June 8, 2024, at the Oasis Brewing Company. The event rotates between our offices, and we're excited to be back in Austin after hosting last year's event at the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters. One of the primary purposes for this celebration is to spotlight the outstanding recipients of the 2024-2025 SOAR Scholarships (details on SOAR below). We are excited to have leading professionals at the event as a great opportunity for our scholars to interact with people in the same positions of leadership and change that they aspire to.

LOAR Summer Celebration is also a great community event to meet like-minded professionals and enjoy a relaxed evening of dinner, drinks and entertainment. I hope you're able to come enjoy watching the sunset over Lake Travis, the music provided by our DJ, and an artist doing live watercolor portraits. The event is not a fundraiser and the only formal programming is to briefly introduce the SOAR Scholars. SOAR Scholarships: SOAR, a non-profit foundation, provides $100,000 in annual scholarships to women who are the first in their families to pursue higher education or who have overcome significant challenges in their lives and are the future leaders in their fields and communities. The scholarship program goes beyond financial resources by giving access to professional development and mentoring resources for these women as they go through school. The SOAR scholarship program is one of the initiatives our firm is most proud of, and it is why I look forward to Summer Celebration each year.
